About Us
We are a family-owned association management company seeking a reliable and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is central to supporting our office operations and providing excellent service to homeowners and community Boards. You’ll work closely with office staff to manage a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, while also assisting with customer walk-ins at the front office. As our company grows, this position will continue to evolve, offering opportunities to expand responsibilities.
Hours
· Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
· Occasional evenings and weekends
· Major holidays off
Location
In-office | St. Simons Island, GA
Responsibilities include:
· Providing front office coverage and assisting with walk-in traffic
· Answering and directing incoming phone calls
· Administrative tasks related to onboarding new communities
· Processing returned mail items
· Organizing and scheduling meetings (in-person and via Zoom)
· Assisting with community-wide mailings and emails
· Maintaining and upholding filing systems and office procedures
Note: Responsibilities may expand based on business needs and individual strengths.
Qualifications & Skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks
· High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
· Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task
· Experience with Zoom preferred
· Proactive mindset with the ability to stay ahead of deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
