What are the responsibilities and job description for the HTS - Tahlequah position at Association for Direct Care Trainers?
Will train, supervise and evaluate individuals on a one-on-one basis in daily living skills, self-care and community integration.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist clients with living skills: cooking, cleaning, laundry, and household tasks.
- Assist client with personal care needs.
- Assist client with community activities and money management.
- Assist clients with medication administration and doctor's visits.
- Carry out the habilitation outcomes in the client's plan of care.
- Assist client with job training skills.
