Job Description - Behavioral Health Technician
Requirements
- Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma
- Two years of experience working with children is preferred but not required
- Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Background and FBI Clearances must be obtained
- Candidates must complete 40 hours of ABA training
Responsibilities
- Provide face-to-face behavioral interventions in home, school, or community to children and adolescents with mental health diagnoses
- Implement Individualized Treatment Plans
- Deliver and model treatment interventions
- Collect accurate behavioral data
- Provide positive reinforcement to the clients and their families
- Utilize professional boundaries with all clients and families
Position Details

- Starting pay $15-$17 depending on experience and degree
