Veterinary Receptionist – Full-Time
Location: Tulare Veterinary Hospital – Tulare, CA

Tulare Veterinary Hospital is a trusted mixed animal practice serving the heart of California’s Central Valley. Our clinic combines compassionate care with progressive medicine, and we’re proud to support both beloved pets and the local agricultural community. While our doctors also care for dairy cattle, this role is focused on our small animal hospital operations.

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll be the face of our hospital. Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming clients and pets warmly to the clinic
• Answering calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to client questions
• Processing payments, managing invoices, and keeping accurate records
• Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and professional
• Coordinating with the veterinary team to ensure smooth communication and workflow
• Supporting administrative tasks to help the hospital run smoothly
  

• Minimum 1 year of experience CSR/Receptionist or in Veterinary Clinic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• A friendly, positive attitude and a team-focused mindset
• Dependability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn

• Competitive hourly pay: $17–$20/hour, depending on experience
