What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mammo Technologist - Women's Health Advantage position at Associated Surgeons and Physicians, LLC?
Women's Health Advantage is seeking a part time Mammographer to perform all typical mammography tasks, as well as clerical duties and accurate recordkeeping.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Performs all typical mammography tasks
- Monitors equipment and reports any quality/maintenance issues
- Responsible for daily QA – QC duties and assists in the accreditation process
- Participates in meetings and committees as assigned
- Performs all necessary patient care duties and clerical duties
- Participates in project work
- Maintains accurate and timely recordkeeping within the electronic medical records
- Responsible for other tasks as assigned
HOURS PER WEEK:
24 hours per week, M-F
EDUCATION:
Completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology is required
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of two years experience in radiology imaging modalities; One year or more of
experience as a mammographer preferred.
REQUIRED LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification;
Current state license as general diagnostic radiographer; current mammography license
