Associated Recreation Council (ARC) is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our organization by attracting, hiring, and onboarding exceptional employees. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and creating a positive candidate experience from application through hire.
ARC, in partnership with Seattle Parks and Recreation, serves Seattle by offering access to licensed childcare and a variety of recreational and lifelong learning programs, classes, and activities.
As a Recruiting Specialist, you’ll partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and you will be responsible for the administrative functions of full-cycle recruitment, applicant tracking, and onboarding process.
Schedule
- Full-Time (30 hours per week) (on-site)
Responsibilities
- Create and post job advertisements on multiple recruiting platforms.
- Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters and support onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate applicant records in the applicant tracking system.
- Attend career fairs and community hiring events.
Qualifications
- Two or more years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related Human Resources experience
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
