What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Accounts Receivable Specialist position at Associated Pain Specialists?
Associated Pain Specialists is seeking an experienced account receivable representative to add to our growing team.
Responsible for:
- Insurance follow-up and appeals
- Work A/R
Strong proficiency in medical collections and medical billing, working knowledge of managed care plans, insurance carriers, referrals, and precertification procedures. As well as strong working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and modifiers.
