  • Assist with endpoint and server hardening efforts in alignment with organizational security standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues involving servers, authentication, storage, remote access, and enterprise applications.
  • Support backup operations, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity processes through monitoring, testing, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and current technical documentation for systems, processes, configurations, and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with network, help desk, application, and security teams to support integrated IT operations.
  • Assist with infrastructure upgrades, system implementations, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives.
  • Provide escalation support for complex support issues and serve as a technical resource for other IT team members when needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution, maintenance, and support cases.
  • Follow established change management, incident response, and operational procedures.

  • 3–5 years of experience in systems administration in a business or multi-site environment.
  • Experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file/print services.
  • Exposure to or working knowledge of VMware administration and virtual server environments.
  • Experience administering or supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
