POSITION SUMMARY
Serve as the Membership Sales Manager, tasked with prospecting and recruiting Agriculture Equipment Dealership members. Responsibilities include fostering business relationships, generating revenue, engaging prospective members, and recruiting new members into the association.
As the Membership Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's growth by:
1. Generating leads and cultivating relationships with prospective agriculture equipment dealer members interested in engaging with the association through networking events, education/training, peer groups, and industry initiatives.
2. Driving sales revenue through the promotion of AED member benefits to Agriculture Equipment Dealer members.
3. Communicating the value proposition of our association's events and services to prospective members.
4. Conducting market research to identify and pursue new membership opportunities.
5. Securing new memberships and sales revenue through personalized visits and strategic marketing efforts.
6. Crafting engaging email marketing campaigns to promote AED membership benefits and attract new members.
7. Utilizing database resources to target marketing campaigns effectively.
8. Collaborating with association executives to target prospective members.
9. Mastering our association's value propositions and effectively communicating them to our audience.
10.Promoting association services to potential members.
11.Develop compelling presentations and marketing materials to showcase the benefits of membership.
12. Maintain accurate prospect records and generate regular call reports.
13.Managing a dynamic sales pipeline with clear timelines and revenue expectations.
14.Demonstrating reliability by consistently meeting deadlines and commitments.
15.Willingness to take on additional duties as needed to support departmental and organizational goals.
MINIMUM SKILLS, ABILITIES & BEHAVIORS
1. Bachelor’s degree preferred
2. B2B sales experience.
3. Ability to adapt to change, overcome obstacles, and take on new challenges.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and association AMS.
6. Strong time management and organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
