Key Responsibilities:
- Post all incoming payments (wires, ACH, checks and credit cards)
- Apply payments
- Offset credits
- Track and resolve outstanding payment issues and generate aging reports
- Work closely with the credit team to reconcile customer accounts.
- Prepare EFT Draft report and send weekly notices to customers
- Typical work schedule from 8:00 to 5:00pm
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required, Associates degree in business, finance preferred
- Attention to detail critical
- 1 - 2 years experience in cash applications, treasury, accounting
- Knowledge of / experience with SAGE highly desired
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Great team player
- Proficiency in MS Office
