  • Own the hunt — identify, target, and win brand-new business opportunities
  • Build relationships with decision-makers across small, mid-sized, and enterprise organizations
  • Conduct impactful prospecting: cold calling, outreach campaigns, networking, and in-person visits
  • Present and position best-in-class office technology solutions that solve real-world problems
  • Craft strategic sales plans and drive the full sales cycle from lead to close

Skills

  • Proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Technology Sales with a focus on new client acquisition
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, tailored to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for pipeline management and analysis
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies that support sales growth and lead generation
  • Technical sales expertise with the ability to understand complex products or services
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders
  • Analytical skills to assess market data, customer needs, and sales performance metrics
  • Experience in account management post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Ability to conduct warm calling campaigns confidently and professionally
