Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team in a hybrid role based in Denver, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine property inspections, conducting maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues, and implementing preventive maintenance schedules. Some tasks can be performed remotely, but physical presence on-site is required for property-related responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair
- Experience with Industrial Maintenance
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training in maintenance or related fields is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role within property management or real estate is beneficial
- Willingness to comply with company safety protocols and procedures
