Intake CoordinatorWork Responsibilities:Respond to new intake contacts, contact new patients by phone, email or text.Verify insurance and eligibility benefits, obtain insurance authorization.Coordinate Licensing expansion efforts when applicableObtain new patient paperwork and insurance cards prior to initial appointment with provider,Obtain and coordinate EAP- Employee Assistance, medical assistance and gated HMO insurance authorizationsManages the new intake spreadsheets for multiple state businesses and schedules initial appointments with new patientsCollect and collate new intake metrics via spreadsheets to monitor flow of new intakes from various insurance and eap referral sourcesDevelop relationships and engage with outside intake resources. Established in 2017, our practice has expanded on a telehealth basis in New Jersey, West Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Florida, with Maryland currently being our only physical office location. We are seeking clinicians who may be interested in obtaining dual licensure in any of the aforementioned states, and we are prepared to assist in this process. Our client base is diverse, predominantly non-emergency cases, and typically falls within a generalized scope. Many clients seek assistance with various mood and adjustment disorders. Furthermore, we are supported by a Doctor of Psychiatry and two nurse practitioners.Our organization offers a variety of remote and hybrid work models, including part-time and full-time Hybrid positions.
