- Experience in financial services or trading operations (2 years)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn and explain complex workflows clearly
- Attention to detail in data review and issue resolution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trading platforms
- Familiarity with ClientWorks, Advisor360, or similar trading platforms
- Knowledge of model management and portfolio rebalancing workflows
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses (active or expired)
- Support experience during platform conversions and onboarding
- Experience with QA/UAT testing and defect tracking
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
- Prior experience supporting advisors or trading teams in a financial organization
