Familiarity with frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid approaches, along with concepts like test-driven development and continuous integration. Ability to support and guide teams in adopting and improving agile ways of working, helping them achieve delivery goals and evolve their practices over time. Exposure to scaled agile approaches is a plus. Experience using common collaboration and work management tools (e.g., work tracking platforms, document sharing tools, and communication applications). Several years of experience in an agile delivery role, with a solid understanding of team roles, events, and workflows. Relevant agile certifications are preferred.
Candidates may be subject to organizational policies regarding professional conduct, ethics, and compliance standards, which can include expectations around business behavior and personal activities.
