Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Several years of professional experience in a technical or IT-related role required. Relevant certifications are a plus. Strong planning, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required. Experience working with databases and familiarity with various programming environments preferred. Ability to manage time effectively and maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving priorities. Experience collaborating across teams and supporting both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Occasional travel and/or on-call support may be required. Compliance with company policies and professional standards is expected.

Independently perform analysis, development, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, implementation, and ongoing support of technical solutions. Contribute to system design decisions and evaluate trade-offs. Work across multiple components of a solution and participate in the design and delivery of new features.
