Role Overview:
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. One to three years of experience in a technical or IT-related role is preferred. Relevant certifications are a plus. Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required. Familiarity with databases and various programming environments preferred. Basic leadership skills and effective time management abilities are beneficial. Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all work. Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and continuously develop skills. Experience collaborating across teams and supporting both technical and non-technical partners. Occasional travel and/or on-call support may be required. Compliance with company policies and professional standards is expected.
Responsibilities
Contribute to software development and technical solutions with guidance. Build proficiency in development tools, source control, testing practices, and related technologies. Participate in code and design reviews and support the development and implementation of technical solutions.
