Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze information accurately
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under stress and meet strict deadlines
• Organized multitasker capable of handling multiple projects

Nice to Have Skills:

• Understanding of direct processing procedures
• Familiarity with financial investment vehicles (Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, Options, Stocks, Annuities)
• Experience with Documentum, BETA, Visio, Adobe, Siebel systems
• Knowledge of account transfer processes (ACAT, Non-ACAT, Mutual Funds)
• Report review and reconciliation expertise

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Relevant financial or business related degree preferred
• Prior experience in financial operations or investment processing advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Ability to support process tasks daily using various applications following established procedures
• Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and additional responsibilities
