Qualifications
- Lead small to medium-sized initiatives through successful completion using appropriate project management approaches while balancing competing priorities.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues; collaborate with stakeholders to research options, negotiate solutions, and make informed decisions that support business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences by providing timely updates, progress reports, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate activities with external partners, vendors, and service providers to support the successful delivery of projects, systems, and services.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving techniques to define challenges, evaluate potential solutions, and present recommendations, including consideration of impacts, risks, and benefits.
- Adhere to organizational standards, policies, and professional conduct requirements, including any applicable compliance or ethical guidelines.
- 4 years of experience in project, program, or initiative management, or an equivalent combination of professional experience, education, or relevant training.
- Demonstrated experience applying project management principles in cross-functional environments, including scope, timeline, budget, quality, risk, and communication management.
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships, facilitate collaboration, and influence outcomes across teams and organizational levels, including third-party partners and vendors.
- Experience with project planning and tracking tools such as Microsoft Planner, Jira, Excel, or similar platforms.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
