Our Client is looking to add a Lead Accounting Analyst to their team. This is an on-site opportunity in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact with external stakeholders
- Prepare quarterly unaudited and annual audited financial statements for assigned project/portfolio financings/partnerships
- Prepare periodic debt service coverage ratio filings for assigned projects and portfolio
- Oversee analytical reviews of assigned projects
- Maintain a rolling 12-month cash forecast
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
- 6 years of diverse and complex experience
- Public Accounting experience (Big Four/large regional)
- Experience with financial applications (OneStream, Cubes,etc.)
- Strong technical skills and working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- CPA is preferred

Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
