Who We Are

Our client is a financial services corporation offering a various suite of products.

Qualifications

• 8 years of professional experience, education, or equivalent
• 5 years in training, talent development, or instructional design
• Strong instructional design skills (storyboarding, adult learning principles, SME collaboration, rapid iteration)
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt to stakeholder feedback
• Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
• Experience managing learning projects and maintaining confidentiality
  
  

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI applications in a business setting
• Basic visual/graphic design skills (e.g., PowerPoint)
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design and update learning content across multiple formats, including eLearning
• Develop facilitator guides, learner materials, and support resources
• Curate and create content such as videos, discussion guides, and communications
• Support rollout of internal learning programs, including administrative and reporting tasks
• Assist with documentation, processes, and learner communications
  
  

Additional Details

• ~70–80% content development, 20–30% program coordination
• Work closely with a small team in an agile, fast-paced environment
• Contribute to evolving learning strategies and adapt to shifting priorities
