CXOne Quality Analytics & Platform Insights Engineer

As a CXOne Quality Analytics & Platform Insights Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our client’s customer interaction technologies by delivering actionable insights, refining quality tools, and increasing platform observability. Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Nexidia, CXOne Quality Management, and/or advanced CXOne analytics tools
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Ability to operate independently and own end-to-end deliverables
- Knowledge of IVR/contact management technologies and customer journey data
- Proven ability to support enterprise-scale contact center environments
- Experience with observability tooling, monitoring frameworks, or performance dashboards
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or other CRM/CTI data structures
- Background in regulated industries with compliance standards
- Knowledge of routing, metadata tagging, and platform integration best practices
- Previous involvement in platform stability and system health analysis
- B.A./B.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3 years supporting contact center analytics or quality assurance environments
- Hands-on experience with enterprise analytics platforms and quality management tools
- Ability to collaborate across multiple technical teams and stakeholders
- Strong documentation and training skills
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, lean engineering environment
