Client Compensation Specialist – Service

Key Responsibilities include handling approximately 15 calls per day, each lasting around 10-12 minutes, acting as the primary point of contact for advisors, third-party sponsors, and clients. The role demands patience, probing for precise needs, and de-escalating any frustrations to foster trust and satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Proven phone experience with a customer-centric approach
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Previous experience in the finance industry, specifically investment or banking sectors
• Strong probing and questioning abilities to identify client needs
• Patience and ability to de-escalate emotionally charged situations

• Knowledge of compliance procedures within client service operations
• Experience working in hybrid or onsite environments
• Ability to think creatively and ask thoughtful, outside-the-box questions
• Familiarity with financial products and services

Preferred Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications are a plus
• 2 years of client service experience in finance or related industries

• Hybrid work schedule: onsite Monday through Wednesday, with flexibility for remote work on other days
