Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business models that identify operational inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to improve data import processes and reporting accuracy
- Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across product segments and inventory
- Perform market pricing and profitability assessments to support executive decision-making
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders at all levels
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for end users and leadership
- Define and document business requirements for system enhancements and reporting tools
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative mindset
- Ability to communicate technical data clearly to non-technical audiences
- Experience with stakeholder analysis, process modeling, and cost-benefit evaluations
- Familiarity with databases, networks, and enterprise reporting systems
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a multi-site or manufacturing-adjacent environment
- Proficiency in SQL and PowerBI required
- Experience with month-end close, budgeting, and KPI reporting
- Programming experience (XML, JavaScript, ETL frameworks) and SAS/SQL certification a plus
