A growing multi-site organization is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee receivables operations, optimize cash flow, and support financial reporting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong systems knowledge and a proactive approach to stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
- Monitor aging reports and proactively resolve outstanding balances
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to ensure billing accuracy and timely payments
- Maintain and improve AR policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Prepare monthly AR reports and support month-end close activities
- Assist with audit requests and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support system upgrades or ERP enhancements
- Strong understanding of receivables, collections, and cash application processes
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar) and Excel-based reporting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Experience collaborating across departments to resolve billing and payment issues
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit/collections management
- Experience in a multi-site or manufacturing-adjacent environment a plus
- Familiarity with month-end close and audit support
