Associa is currently looking for a Swimming Pool Technician to join our team in Layton, UT. Monitors resident and guest use of club facilities for adherence to the Rules & Regulations regarding facility use. In addition, will assist in functions/duties relating to the operation and maintenance of facilities, and maintain verification of residents’ membership to the club facilities, and surrounding facilities at the community.

Our Swimming Pool Technician makes a significant impact through the work they do, such as:
- Responsible for regular contact with residents and guests using clubhouse facilities. Works very closely with the Lifestyle Director.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the club facility’s interior/exterior and its furniture and equipment, which includes, however is not limited to the following:
Pool/ Spa:
- Hose down the pool/ spa deck twice per week in accordance with the daily weekly duties schedule.
- Test chemical levels daily.
- Check water temperature twice daily.
- Add water to the pool and spa (by hose) to the proper fill line.
- Straighten pool area furniture, close umbrellas nightly (remove and store in high winds or inclement weather).
- Empty trash cans.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Professional customer service skills.
- Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Time management and time-critical prioritization skills.
- Certified Pool Operator by 05/22/2026.
