The Amenity Attendant is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across all community amenities within the Clubhouse. This role supports residents and guests by maintaining facility standards, assisting with operations of all the amenities, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Maintenance & Cleanliness
- Regularly inspect and clean all amenities, including the clubhouse, sundry shop, bar area, gym, game room, pool, and atrium.
- Ensure all equipment (gym machines, game consoles, pool furniture) is clean and in working order.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Food and Beverage Manager.
- Customer Service & Resident Assistance
- Greet residents and guests warmly, answer questions, and provide assistance as needed.
- Monitor facility usage to ensure rules and policies are followed.
- Report any issues or concerns to the Food and Beverage Manager for proper handling.
- Sundry Shop & Bar Operations
- Assist in Sundry Shop operations when needed following proper protocols.
- Assist in bar operations when needed following proper protocols.
- Safety & Security
- Monitor amenity areas to ensure a safe environment, responding quickly to any incidents or emergencies.
- Enforce community rules and report violations.
- Assist with emergency procedures, including first aid and evacuation if necessary.
- Administrative Duties
- Maintain records of facility usage, incidents, and maintenance requests.
- Assist with setting up and cleaning up for community events within the premises.
- Collaborate with management and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Knowledge and Skills
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Professional customer service skills.
- Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous property management experience highly desired
