Associa is seeking a Marketing Account Director to manage a growing portfolio of rental property management clients within its RHOME Property Management division. This role sits on a fully integrated marketing team that drives growth through strategic planning, brand and creative execution, sales enablement, demand generation, communications, PR, content, and events to deliver cohesive, results-driven campaigns across all channels.
The Marketing Account Director partners closely with the rental sales team to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that drive lead generation and support business growth. This includes campaign strategy and execution across email marketing, events, advertising, and sales collateral.
In addition, this role collaborates with rental branch leaders to provide ongoing marketing support, including client communications and retention-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong account service professional who excels at managing multiple stakeholders, translating business goals into effective marketing solutions, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage a portfolio of rental property management clients within the RHOME division
- Partner with rental sales teams to plan and execute lead generation campaigns
- Develop and oversee marketing deliverables including email campaigns, events, advertising, and sales collateral
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison for rental branch leaders
- Support client communications and client retention initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional marketing resources to ensure timely and effective execution
- Work closely with internal marketing team members to create and manage integrated marketing campaigns, events, and advertising programs for sales and branch clients
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to execute on-time deliverables, including direct mail, print collateral, and promotional items
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and external vendors
- Consult with operations leadership, sales professionals, and branch leaders on marketing strategies and plans
- Manage projects from concept through completion, including coordination of content contributors, timelines and due dates, distribution lists, budgets, and adherence to brand standards and consistent messaging across channels

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven track record with 5-10 years of ad agency or in-house marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or other related field
- Microsoft Office/0365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
- Knowledge of Asana, Slack &/or Aptly are a plus, but not required
