What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Representative position at Associa?
Associa Carolinas is looking for a part-time front desk representative to work at one of our active 55 communities in the Clayton area. This position would help support residents at the community’s Activity Center.
Part-time Schedule:
This is a part-time position with a schedule working on some weeknights (5-10PM) and some weekends with Saturday (8AM - 10PM or Sunday (10AM - 8PM).
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Welcomes homeowners/guests/vendors/new customers to community.
- Performs various administrative/managerial tasks in support of HOA's mission.
- Creates a positive experience for homeowners and guests by attending to needs and answering questions.
- Coordinating clubhouse reservations and access
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
- High school diploma High School Diploma or GED Required
- 0 - 3 years of directly related or closely related experience
- Previous hospitality experience preferred.
