Job Description

Associa is currently looking for a Division Director to join our team.The Division Director is responsible foradministrative operations and supervision of a branch to include training,supervisingand evaluating staff and office operations. TheDivision Director participatesin departmental committees andmanagedifferent structures, and, thus, the specific duties and responsibilities will vary.

Compensation:

$95,000 to $105,000 depending on experience

How will you make an impact?

The Division Manager helps the company grow by:

• Providing oversightingeneral operations of the branch.
• Monitoring performance of staff and office operations.
• Establishing positive relationships with stakeholders and other vendors at branch level.
• Assistingwith management of strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations at the branch level.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• Master of Business Administration Degree Preferred
• 7 - 10years ofdirectly relatedor closely related experience
• 5 - 7 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience
• 5 – 7 years of Community Association experience
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
• Experience in Community Management, customer service,hospitalityor other related industry
• Proficiencyin typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.).
• Proficient in Customer Service and conflict resolution
• Able to work effectively with others in person and in group setting
• Able to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines.
