How will you make an impact?
The Division Manager helps the company grow by:
- Providing oversightingeneral operations of the branch.
- Monitoring performance of staff and office operations.
- Establishing positive relationships with stakeholders and other vendors at branch level.
- Assistingwith management of strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations at the branch level.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Master of Business Administration Degree Preferred
- 7 - 10years ofdirectly relatedor closely related experience
- 5 - 7 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience
- 5 – 7 years of Community Association experience
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
- Experience in Community Management, customer service,hospitalityor other related industry
- Proficiencyin typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.).
- Proficient in Customer Service and conflict resolution
- Able to work effectively with others in person and in group setting
- Able to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines.
Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
