What You’ll Do:
- Assist clients with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
- Provide safe supervision and transfers
- Keep homes clean with light housekeeping
- Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior
- Offer companionship and emotional support
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in home care or facility care
- Dependable, with the ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Excellent communication skills for updating families and office staff
- A genuine desire to help others
