At Assisting Hands Home Care, we help seniors maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently hiring dedicated caregivers to serve clients throughout the Northwest Suburbs, including Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Palatine, Rolling Meadows, Elk Grove Village, Des Plaines, and Park Ridge.
Caregiver Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Support mobility, safety, and daily routines
- Follow individualized care plans and document care as required
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience (home care, CNA, or facility setting)
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to safely lift up to 35 pounds and perform light physical tasks
- Strong communication and time-management skills
