The Hiring Manager primary responsibility is to recruit high quality caregivers, onboard and train them. Mentoring caregivers after onboarding is a secondary responsibility.Education: High School Diploma/GED required; CNA in good standing with 2 years of experience requiredQualifications: Track record in recruiting needed. Having worked as a caregiver and as a CNA a must. training and mentoring caregivers required. Must be a good problem solver and able to work independently. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be well-organized and have good attention to detail. Reports to: Agency DirectorPrimary Duties:Recruits and onboards several caregivers every weekProvides orientation and training to new caregiversKeep all caregivers file up to date and in complianceHandles/resolves caregiver issues, problems and scheduling changesCounsels caregivers regarding attendance or performance issuesMatches appropriate caregivers to clients based on personality, availability, and skill setMakes sure that all cases are covered and arranges for substitute/back-up coverage as necessary.May occasionally cover a shiftOther duties as may ariseParticipates in on-call rotation as needed.Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM, Monday through FridayFLSA Status: Hourly non-exempt
