What You’ll Do
Client & Field Support
- Provide occasional hands-on care in 1:1 client settings
- Observe care delivery and support quality standards
- Build strong relationships with clients and caregivers
- Help ensure care plans are followed with dignity and consistency
Caregiver Support & Leadership
- Serve as a resource and support for caregivers in the field
- Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and coaching
- Help caregivers feel heard, respected, and successful
- Communicate concerns and insights to the office team
Office & Care Coordination (With Training)
- Learn scheduling, documentation, and care coordination processes
- Partner with the office team to support smooth operations
- Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts
