What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Care Private Duty Nurse-LPN /RN- Wilmington area position at AssistedCare at Home?
Assistedcare has immediate openings on a private duty case in the Wilmington, NC area! Shifts available: 7pm-7am, 7 days per week. Vent and trach experience preferred.
AssistedCare Private Duty Nurses are responsible for providing direct patient care in the patient's home. Responsibilities include following the plan of care, providing treatments, and working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited practical nurse program.
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in North Carolina.
- Current skilled nursing experience caring for medically fragile persons with chronic physical conditions.
- Current CPR/First Aid.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current or Recent skilled nursing experience in PDN or acute care setting.
