Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care and support to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor resident health and report changes to physicians and supervisors
- Maintain accurate documentation and medical records
- Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare team members
- Ensure residents receive respectful, person-centered care
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in good standing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Long-term care or senior living experience preferred, but not required
