Inn at Northwood Village is looking for a compassionate, dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our day shift team. If you enjoy building relationships with residents, supporting your coworkers, and providing quality care in a welcoming environment, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor resident health and communicate changes with physicians and families.
- Complete assessments and documentation.
- Supervise and support Resident Assistants.
- Work closely with the clinical team to provide exceptional resident care.
- Help create a positive, caring atmosphere for residents and their families.
What We're Looking For
- Current Ohio LPN license.
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right nurse.
