Lead STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant)

Are you an experienced STNA ready to take on a leadership role? We're looking for a caring, dependable Lead Aide to help lead our nursing assistants while providing exceptional care to our residents.
What You'll Do:
- Provide hands-on resident care with compassion and respect.
- Lead by example and support fellow staff throughout the shift.
- Help orient and mentor new nursing assistants.
- Communicate with nurses to ensure quality resident care.
- Assist with staffing needs and help keep the shift running smoothly.
- Promote a positive, team-focused work environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Current Ohio STNA certification.
- Previous long-term care or assisted living experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Reliable, organized, and passionate about caring for others.
