Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional with deep connections in the local healthcare and senior services community. This role is focused on building referral relationships and driving new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, social workers, and senior service providers
- Generate qualified leads through networking and outreach
- Represent the company in the community and at industry events
- Maintain consistent follow-up with referral partners
- Track activity and manage a pipeline of prospects
Qualifications
- Proven experience in healthcare or senior living sales
- Strong network in Palm Beach County and North Broward
- Demonstrated ability to generate referrals and close business
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Reliable transportation for local travel
