Position Summary:
As a Senior Living Advisor with Assisted Living Locators of Fort Lauderdale, you will play a crucial role in helping families navigate the complex process of finding the right senior living and care solutions. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
· Proactively generate leads through networking, community outreach, senior organizations, referral sources, and relationship-building with healthcare professionals at hospitals, doctor’s offices, rehabs, and skilled nursing facilities.
· Provide expert guidance on a range of senior care options, including assisted living, memory care, and independent living communities.
· Conduct assessments to understand the specific needs, preferences, and budget of seniors and their families.
· Schedule and accompany clients on tours of recommended facilities, ensuring they find the best possible match.
· Stay informed about industry trends, local resources, and the latest senior care options.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM system, ensuring all client interactions, notes, and progress are consistently recorded.
· Manage your own schedule and client relationships as an independent contractor.
Qualifications:
· Experience in senior care, healthcare, or related fields is highly preferred.
· Experience in business development or lead generation is highly preferred.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· Great organizational skills and self-driven.
· Must be comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor.
