A Day in the Life in Wood Dale, ILYour morning starts by reviewing prints and GD&T callouts, then building efficient toolpaths in Mastercam for upcoming production runs. You post clean G- and M-code, head to the floor to set up and calibrate a Haas 2–4 axis lathe, and run first-article parts. With precise measurements and a keen eye for quality, you fine-tune offsets, validate cycle times, and keep safety and consistency front-and-center.
