Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Field Marketer to join our team in Waco, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our healthcare products and services directly within the community and healthcare facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement field marketing campaigns targeting healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals in the Hillsboro area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, administrators, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote healthcare solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align field activities with overall marketing strategies.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities and customer needs.
• Organize and participate in local healthcare events, trade shows, and community outreach programs.
• Track and report on field marketing activities and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in field marketing, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare products, services, and industry regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
