Clinic Coordinator - Infusion

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinic Coordinator to join our Infusion Clinic team in El Paso, TX. The Clinic Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, coordinating patient care, and ensuring efficient workflow within the infusion center. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the infusion clinic to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage calendar to optimize clinic capacity.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and clinic staff to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and tracking infusion supplies and medications.
• Support staff training and onboarding to maintain high standards of care and operational excellence.
• Monitor clinic performance metrics and assist in quality improvement initiatives.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding infusion treatments and clinic procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, preferably in infusion or outpatient services.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and standard office software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient privacy standards (HIPAA) is a plus.

Work Environment

This position is based in our infusion clinic located in El Paso, TX. The Clinic Coordinator will work closely with nursing staff, physicians, and administrative personnel to ensure a positive patient experience and efficient clinic operations.
