Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist - Clinic

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join our clinic team in Lancaster, TX. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, providing excellent customer service to our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in both English and Spanish.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately.
• Maintain patient records and update information as needed.
• Assist with insurance verification and patient registration processes.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Utilize electronic health record systems to manage patient data.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting.
• Familiarity with eClinicalWorks is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
