About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused Client Relationship Specialist to manage the front desk and a variety of other daily operations of our Omaha office. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for clients and work closely with our Financial Advisors and internal team to ensure exceptional client service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming client phone calls and visitors
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the Omaha office (e.g., stocking supplies, maintaining workspace readiness)
- Manage a high volume of client service requests with professionalism and urgency
- Prepare materials for client meetings
- Handle account service and maintenance, including:
- Data entry and updates in CRM systems
- Linking client bank and investment accounts
- Updating account information such as beneficiaries
- Processing distribution and contribution requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services industry
Preferred: Experience in a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm
- Strong multitasking abilities - able to switch between tasks and maintain accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service-oriented and genuinely enjoys client interaction (phone, email, in-person)
- Highly organized and capable of prioritizing competing tasks
