Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role located in Redmond, Oregon. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing day-to-day maintenance operations, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems within the property. Additional tasks will involve executing preventive maintenance procedures, addressing work orders in a timely manner, and ensuring that the property remains in excellent condition for both residents and staff. The role also includes maintaining compliance with safety standards and proactively identifying areas for repair and improvement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
- Strong skills in Maintenance and Repair, and general Maintenance tasks
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and mechanical issues effectively
- Understanding of property and facility management best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience working as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Candidates with certifications in maintenance or technical trades are preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
