Role Description
The Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing leasing activities, including managing lease agreements, conducting market research, and supporting property management operations. Additional responsibilities include driving resident retention efforts, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring high occupancy rates through targeted marketing initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Albany, GA, requiring close collaboration with the property management team to achieve organizational goals.
