Role Description
The Bilingual Assistant Community Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Smyrna, GA. Responsibilities include assisting in day-to-day property operations, such as coordinating leasing efforts, managing resident relations, overseeing maintenance requests, and ensuring high resident satisfaction. The role also involves preparing reports, enforcing community policies, and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations. Qualifications
