This role provides support for both test development activities and core administrative processes.

Responsibilities
- Assist with test development tasks, including coordinating item review sessions, preparing review materials, updating item banks, and tracking item status
- Support routine assessment operations by helping with test form assembly, quality checks, and documentation updates
- Process certification and recertification applications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely communication with candidates
- Generate and distribute monthly program reports, maintaining accurate records and performance data
- Maintain organized documentation, schedules, and workflows across assessment and certification activities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with assessment and certification processes is desired
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Preferred: Graduate degree in assessment, education, or other relevant field
- Fully remote position
- Target $20-30 per hour
