Overview
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Counseling Practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Previous work in a medical or therapeutic office is highly desirable.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner
- Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments in the Company's EHR System
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with administrative duties as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic customer support
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Skills
- Proficient in computerized systems for scheduling and data entry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail is a must.
- Prior experience in customer support or front desk roles is a significant plus.
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic administrative tasks
- Familiarity with Counseling receptionist duties is advantageous
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
